2.1. Data you provide us with directly

When using our Platforms, you will be asked to provide us with information, some of which could be used to identify you (“Personal Data”). 6.1. What rights may be exercised?

Pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016, any natural person whose data is collected may exercise the following rights:

Customers may also issue guidelines concerning the retention, erasure and disclosure of their personal data after their death, in accordance with Article 40-1 of Law 78-17 of 6 January 1978. These guidelines may be general or specific.

Should LAGLASSE&OMHOVERE detect a personal data breach which may pose a high risk for the Customer’s rights and freedoms, the Customer will be notified about this breach as soon as possible.

Lastly, Customers may withdraw their consent at any time.

6.2. How to exercise these rights

These rights may be exercised with LAGLASSE&OMHOVERE, who collects personal data, in the following way:

The request must include the customer’s full name, postal address, email address and, if possible, the customer reference number.

After verifying your identity, LAGLASSE&OMHOVERE will send a response within one month of your request to exercise this right. In some cases, due to the complexity or number of requests, this period may be extended by 2 months.


These rights may be subject to exceptions in certain cases specified by the regulation.

If the data subject receives no response or an unsatisfactory response, he/she may refer the matter to the French data protection supervisory authority (CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

7. MARKETING

LAGLASSE&OMHOVERE uses your contact information to send you targeted advertising in particular by email, postal mail, SMS or on social media.
