Establishment
Our limited liability company is set up: Société d’Etudes et de Réalisation Laglasse et Omhovere. Our original business: services in the field of topography for overhead power lines.
1987
We move to Montigny-les-Metz
SER Laglasse et Omhovere hires its first employees and moves into premises in Montigny-les-Metz.
1991
Change in legal status
The company becomes a public limited company. By this time, we employ 13 technicians and engineers, and buy suitable premises at Cuvry.
1995
Security coordination
Integration of France’s 1994 Decree on safety coordination in design and construction phases. The first coordination assignments are carried out, once the appropriate officer and alternate have been trained.
2003
We enter the national market
The first national tenders are awarded to the firm.
2007
We move to Marly
With a constantly expanding workforce and business, the firm acquires 1,000 sqm of space in Marly, providing staff with better functionality and ergonomics.
2012
Buyout by Fayat
Fayat, France’s leading family-owned firm in the construction and industry sector, buys out the company.
2014
L&O becomes part of Fayat Energies Services
L&O joins Fayat’s Energy and Services division to help provide our clients with turnkey solutions.
2020
ELIA framework agreement
We enter into a framework agreement with Belgium’s electricity transmission network operator.
2021
RTE framework agreement
Our ‘Studies and Power Lines’ framework agreement with French electricity transmission network operator RTE is renewed for 2021-2025.
We enter into our first ‘Underground and Overhead Power Lines’ framework agreement in partnership with Serpollet and ETPM.

35th anniversary celebrations
We celebrate the company’s 35th anniversary
